Where are you based?

bee Moore is based in Blenheim, New Zealand.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 14 working days. Please allow a further 2-3 days for delivery. 

Please email prior to ordering if you require something sooner. 

Please note that at peak time it may take a bit longer. Once shipped the goods become the responsibility of the consumer.

What are the shipping charges?

We currently have a flat rate shipping of $7, free shipping for orders above $199.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only sell within New Zealand. If you are from overseas and would like to purchase something please contact me and we can look at the international shipping charges.

What does handmade mean? 

Every order is cut, sewn and assembled by hand in my home sewing studio. Each order is made just for you. If you have specific requirements or would like something custom made, please contact bee Moore directly

Return policy  

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange your non customised or personalised items within 7 days, providing the items have not been worn, have all labels and tags attached and are in re-saleable condition.

Personalised items can not be returned. 

Undies are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygienic reasons so please double check your sizing.

In the unlikely event that the article being returned is faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Please note that a replacement may not always be available, in which case we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or a refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
